Website access & security
Visits involve technical connection data such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and response status. They support delivery, troubleshooting and security. The current preview server logs requests. The production hosting provider, server location, recipients and specific deletion periods are not yet established and must be added.
Contact enquiries
The form processes your name, email address, topic, message and page language to answer your enquiry and prepare possible services. Required fields are marked. You may also contact us by email or telephone. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information. For abuse prevention, the IP address and request times are temporarily processed in memory using a ten-minute rate-limit window. The email provider and processing locations must be added before publication.
Cookies & local storage
Fonts, images, videos and 3D libraries are served by this website. We store your cookie choice for 180 days in your browser’s localStorage under “everix:privacy:v1”, including your choice, timestamp, notice version and allowed services. Expired entries are discarded on your next visit. With consent, Google Analytics also sets statistics cookies (_ga and _ga_*); our integration limits their lifetime to 180 days. Browser history temporarily stores scroll position and the selected service.
Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to improve our website. It measures visited pages, device and browser information, a pseudonymous cookie identifier, contact clicks and successfully sent enquiries. Form contents such as names, email addresses and messages are not sent to Analytics. Page addresses exclude query parameters and fragments; referring pages are reduced to their origin. Google receives connection data including your IP address but states that Analytics does not store IP addresses. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our integration. Google receives these data, which may be processed in the United States. Google explains its international transfer safeguards at https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks. Retention of user and event data follows our Analytics property settings; aggregated reports may persist longer. Changing your decision
Accepting and rejecting statistics are equally accessible. Google Analytics is not loaded without active consent. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops further Analytics collection and removes the Analytics cookies set by our integration. This does not automatically delete data previously sent to Google. New services require a new decision. Withdrawal applies going forward.
Purposes & legal bases
We observe Swiss data protection law. Where the GDPR applies, pre-contractual communication and performance rely on Article 6(1)(b), operational and security interests on (f), legal obligations on (c), and voluntary consent on (a). Prior consent requirements for optional access to your device are also observed.
Recipients, international transfers & retention
Access is limited to responsible staff and necessary providers. Providers, processing countries, safeguards for any international transfers and service-specific retention periods must be added based on actual operations. Enquiries are kept only as needed for handling, contract performance or legal obligations. Legal claims may require longer retention. Displaying links to TheKeyStore or other sites does not itself transfer data to them; opening them is subject to their own privacy information.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data delivery or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact info@everix.ch; proportionate identity verification may be required. You may contact the Swiss FDPIC or, where the GDPR applies, a competent EU supervisory authority. This website makes no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
